At no time will we contact you with third-party correspondence or promotional material.

In addition to the above and depending on options you choose at the time of submission, our users may be able to contact you through our site. You have the option of allowing contact, either by displaying a supplied email address, or through a contact form on our site, or both.

When you submit a listing to the directory and depending on your submission type, you may be given the option to publically display or withhold certain data. This is clearly marked and should be used with care. By supplying your address details or by ticking the appropriate boxes on the form, you give permission for this data to be displayed publically. In short:

• If you supply a business address AND tick box 'DISPLAY ADDRESS', it will be displayed.
• If you supply a business address AND tick box 'SHOW MAP', a map of your physical location will be displayed.
• If you supply a business email address AND tick box 'SHOW EMAIL', it will be displayed.
• If you supply a business email address AND tick box 'ALLOW CONTACT', it will allow users to contact you through our site.

All default settings are 'off', so if no action is taken by you, this information will be held and not displayed.
